In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Brcko Final Arbitral Award of March 5, 1999, and paragraph 2 of the Annex of August 18, 1999;
Recalling the Supervisory Order of March 21, 2000, establishing the Interim Assembly of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
As a result of the resignation of Janja Vidic (HDZ) from her position as Assembly Councilor;
With the aim torestore the Interim Assembly of Brcko District to its full composition and ensure the continuity and legality of its work;
Having considered all candidates proposed by political parties and interested individuals;
I hereby order that:
Ms Marija Jankovic (DS) is appointed to the position of Councilor in the Interim Assembly of the Brcko District, to serve until elections are held for the Assembly of the Brcko District of BiH.
The above-mentioned Councilor is mandated to take up her appointment and carry out her duties in accordance with the Statute and the laws of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Order shall have immediate effect and shall be published in the Brcko District Official Gazette.
