In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Final Arbitral Award of March 5, 1999 and paragraph 3 of the Annex dated August 18, 1999;
With the object of improving and accelerating the implementation of property laws;
In furtherance of the Supervisory Order on the Appointment of Members of the Interim Government of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina of March 8, 2000;
I hereby issue the following Order:
A Department of Displaced Persons, Refugees and Housing Issues is hereby established in the Interim Government of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Department shall take over the responsibilities of the Division of Displaced Persons, Refugees and Housing Issues.
Mr. Ivo Andjelovic is appointed Head of the Department to serve until elections are held for the Assembly of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Order shall have immediate effect and shall be published in the Brcko District Official Gazette.
