I refer to paragraph 5 of my Supervisory Order of February 13, 2007 (“the Order”), appointing you as Auditor General and Deputy Auditors General of the Audit Office of Brcko District. Paragraph 5 provided that your appointments were subject to a 90-day probation period.
My office has now reviewed your work during the probation period, and we are broadly satisfied with the efforts you have made to get the office up and running. I have therefore decided to make your appointments unconditional within the meaning of paragraph 5 (a) of the Order.
This letter having legal effect under the terms of the Order, I hereby direct that it be published without delay in the Official Gazette of Brcko District.
