Supervisory Order On The Appointment Of Members Of The Judiciary Of The Brcko District Of BiH

In accordance with paragraphs 10 and 36 of the Brcko Final Arbitral Award of March 5, 1999 paragraph 4 of the Annex dated August 18, 1999, and Article 27 paragraph 5 of the Law on Judicial Commission of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 4/00), I hereby issue the following Order:

I. The Brcko District Judiciary shall be composed of the following:

1. Appellate Court

1 President

5 Judges

2. Basic Court

1 President

10 Judges

54 support staff for the Basic Court and the Appellate Court

3. Prosecutor’s Office

1 Prosecutor

2 Chief Deputy Prosecutor

5 Deputy Prosecutor

7 staff

4. Agency for Legal Aid

1 Director

5 Lawyers

7 staff

5. Judicial Commission

2 permanent staff positions

7 honorary positions

II. The following persons are appointed as of April 1, 2001 for a probationary period of one year to be members of the Brcko District Judiciary:

(1) Appellate Court
