Dear Mr. Buro:
I am referring to my Supervisory Order on “Ilicka” Settlement of December 18, 2007, (hereinafter: my Order) and to my letter of January 6, 2009, regulating the property issues of residents of Ilicka settlement.
The deadline for the implementation of the Order set up in Paragraph 6 of my Order was subsequently extended with my letter of January 6, 2009. I have decided now to establish a definitive deadline for the full implementation of my Order.
Therefore, I hereby order that:
- December 15, 2009 is the final deadline for submitting all requests and documentation to the Brcko District Public Property Office in the process of implementation of the Supervisory Order on “Ilicka” Settlement of December 18, 2007.
- Passing this date, Brcko District Public Property Office will no longer be able to receive any new requests or new cases, but will only deal with cases already in the procedure on the basis of the provisions of my Order.
- This letter has the legal effect of amending my Order in its operative Paragraph 6.
- This amendment takes effect upon the date of this letter. I hereby direct that this
letter be published in the Official Gazette of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
